Human by nature.Sales/business professional trained in assigned account management, being strategic partner to food and beverage companies and local marketing and technical teams co-developing consumer preferred solutions with offerings spanning from classical flavours to functional and nutritional ingredients.You will report to the Sense Colour Department.Main Responsibilities:· Grow Givaudan Sense Colour business with main accounts across French market by managing sales volumes and profitability· Assume lead role for all Givaudan Sense Colour activities for designated accounts· Cultivate customer relationships with main decision-makers, positioning Givaudan Sense Colour as preferred supplier, develop close relationship with customers’ top management on country and regional level.· Adapt and deploy promotions, capabilities and new ideas according to local needs, driving customer value and sales· Manage customer brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve sales growth plans· Develop key account strategies and development plans, provide sales forecasts and budget for main accounts, following clear Indicators· Negotiate pricing agreements and manage credit, pricing, rebates… for main accounts· Identify new business opportunities through customer-relevant value propositions to ensure sustainable and profitable sales growthAcademic Background:You have minimum bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Economy or Marketing / Business Administration with an affinity for the food industryProfessional Experience:You have at least 5 – 10 years of account management in B2B Food & Beverage industry with a understanding of account management and strategy including building value propositions

Technical Skills:· Apply strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting skills to develop account strategies and plans· Knowledge of customers and competition· Understanding of customer strategy, projects, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan Sense Colour offerings· Have understanding of profitability goals for main accounts· Can complete all account management steps in the brief handling process; understand how to manage scale-ups· Stay up to date with industry trends by identifying unmet customer needs· Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with important customer decision-makersYour benefits in Avignon:25 days of holiday per yearHealth coverage partially paid by our company1 remote working day per weekIncentive bonusCar parkCareer development opportunitiesAt Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
