Join our UK sales team as a Key Account Manager! You will focus your talents on our DIY customers for EGGER UK’s flooring products! Start a career with a progressive, family-owned, global manufacturer.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain and develop existing ones, within the given market sector (DIY and UK Multiples).
- Provide accurate forecast data for customer planning and support with annual budget and planning meetings.
- Liaise with DIY clients as required with specific reference to supplying product information, training and support.
- Generate and track sales leads and produce reports where necessary.
- Identify growth areas within DIY and Key Accounts and seek additional SKU’s and promotional opportunities where possible.
- Contribute to the development of good and progressive customer relations.
- Deal with customer complaints using the prescribed (ISO) procedure.
- Contribute to the awareness and understanding of the development of the communication strategy for the EFP market sector.
- Provide technical advice when necessary.
- Liaise with internal and external departments within the EGGER group to ensure effective and accurate communication regarding the products e.g. Technical, Quality and Customer Services.
- Represent the company at key events, functions, seminars and business meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- In depth knowledge of the UK flooring market.
- Good standard of secondary education.
- Degree/HND/NVQ or equivalent in Business Studies, Marketing or other related discipline.
- Full UK Driving licence.
- Technical understanding of flooring EFP products.
- Computer literate with knowledge of databases and Microsoft software.
