You’ll also ensure the smooth follow-up of key offers and monitor compliance with the contractual terms and conditions agreed with them.Main responsibilitiesIn this role you’ll:

  • Be the single point of contact for building materials distributors and purchasing groups
  • Ensure the correct and transparent information flow between our customers and the various internal departments.
  • Ensure the professional follow up of all quotations
  • Manage each demand from order to delivery
  • Organise and participate in product training sessions, open house workshops and fairs.
  • Ensure that all information concerning all customers is correctly registered in our CRM.

Experience & qualificationsTo be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Demonstrable experience in selling technical products (building products is desirable) .
  • Developed commercial acumen
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • To be able to work autonomously with commitment and perseverance
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and French (knowledge of English is desirable).
  • A keen interest in learning about new technical products
  • Excellent organisation, planning and reporting skills
