For our group company Renantis Solutions, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team.

Job Description:

The Key Account Manager is the person responsible to structure the sales division in Renantis Solutions, by developing and growing proposition activities to end customers, in order to increase the company’s visibility on the market.

We expect a willing to succeed, proactive and result oriented person interested in actively contributing to the success of our company and to our sales objectives.

The successful candidate will bring new ideas and share their skills within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study and implement a strategy to approach new prospects and stakeholders
  • Deliver the expansion of the customer portfolio with the development of new prospects
  • Organize and plan meetings with the client (also with the support of pre-sales colleagues)
  • Handle energy management and energy efficiency negotiations
  • Support new product or services development
  • Take active and hands on part in the corporate sales objective achievement
  • Bring new sales and development approach and share the knowledge
  • Work closely with the main internal stakeholders departments and external partners and consultants

Key Requirements

  • 6/7 years of experience in a commercial/sales role in the same industry
  • Experience in People management
  • Proven experience in Sales Network Development
  • Tracked and proven knowledge of the Energy market
  • Proven experience in consulting or services sales
  • Good Knowledge of energy solutions in industry
  • Good Knowledge of TEE (white certificates) Market
  • Good Knowledge of EPC (energy performance contract)/ESCo Contract
  • The right person is open-minded, structured, both creative and structured
  • The right person has both strong analytical and strategic approach, determined in getting the result
