Key Account Manager opportunity at West Midlands

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to be responsible in delivering all service streams within the scope of the contract. Taking a lead on calls with clients discussing applicants, raising issues with applicants and problem-solving to dispatch profiles.
Salary: £36000 to £40000 + Benefits
Location: West Midlands
You will act as the first point of contact for escalation, and escalating issues to operation managers where relevant. Able to manage forecast of outturns, WIP and Debt, and drive to meet and improve on financial targets. Carry out team briefings regularly to ensure a combined approach in delivering services to clients.

The ideal candidate would have a background in operational and/or account management experience gained within a large integrated FM environment. Will be able to communicate well both written and verbally with colleagues and customers. Must be IT literate and a competent user of IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
