Job OverviewA fast-growing consumer electronics company is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the introduction and management of its products in key markets. This role involves strategic planning, account management, and building strong partnerships to meet sales targets and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and market analysis skills.Primary Responsibilities
- Product Management: Oversee the introduction and lifecycle management of products, including planning, forecasting, and promotional activities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with key accounts to maximize territory opportunities and achieve sell-through targets.
- Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to support business development needs.
- Sales Strategy: Create and manage a sales pipeline, working with partners in designated territories to ensure accurate forecasting and target achievement.
- Channel Management: Conduct routine channel management tasks, establish business processes, and monitor key metrics such as revenue, sales volume, and market share.
- Contract Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations with partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Brand Representation: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, enhance brand recognition, and improve customer loyalty and sales performance.
- Customer Solutions: Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions, identify new business opportunities, and ensure timely delivery of products and services while resolving issues to maintain trust.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on managing national key accounts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with experience collaborating across functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
