If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As a Key Account & Business Development Manager for Performance Tapes in Europe, you will take ownership of your (future) accounts, drive business growth, play a pivotal role in shaping our success within the Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) market. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our largest and most important clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the whole market.In this collaborative role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.This role offers a unique opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients at regional and global levels, across various functions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Listening: Understand client needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to drive their success.
- Result driven approach: Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear milestones and actions.
- Ownership: Manage the sales process, including preparation, agenda setting, presentations, and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on building and growing key accounts.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical information and translate it into customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or German are a plus.
