Key Account Administrator

Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business, based in Witham – actively recruiting for a Key Account Administrator. Reporting to the Logistics and Distribution Manager the successful applicant will be preparing delivery notes and driver run sheets by processing requests and supply orders from customers as directed. Key Responsibilities: To complete all paperwork promptly and accurately as directed by the managers/ Planners Report any issues surrounding the transport administrative function. To take ownership of the administrative function throughout the transport operational process Commutating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all timesPerson Specification: Demonstrable Administrative ability Polite and Courteous Essential literacy and numeracy skills. A commitment to delivering the best possible customer service. Works well with colleagues and is prepared to cover for absence and work overtime as requiredSpecific Requirements: Previous experience of working in an administrative role Must be fully IT conversant with packages such as MS Word / Excel and e-mail. Good communicator within a team based environment Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Attention to detail is paramount Numeracy and Literacy skills are essential
