Job Description:The position’s duties fall into 3 main processes:
- You assist the POC Business Application Coordinator of the Workload Planning System (WPS: an in-house software that is filled by the Heads of Department in the whole T.EN perimeter) in managing the WPS application.
- You participate in the Paris OC monthly consolidation process under the responsibility of the Lead Workload Data Analyst. You assist the Lead Workload Data Analyst in providing the required data as per the cut-off dates calendar
- You assist the Lead Workload Data Analyst in promoting the data quality inside the Paris OC and in controling the data submitted by the HoD.
Duties in detailsUnder the responsibility of the Lead Workload Data Analyst, you assist him/her on the following activities:
- Liaise with the sources’ owners that feed WPS through interfaces (MDM, Twist, the Active Directory)
- Provide a first-level hotline for users in Paris OC.
- Promote the data quality and share the good practices in using WPS
- Participates to regular meeting to be informed of the local prediction hypothesis
- Follow up the monthly reporting calendar of deliverables enforced by One T.EN Delivery
- Follow up the monthly calendar of deliverables enforced by Paris OC
- Liaise with several other department to corroborate WPS data in Paris:
- People & Culture
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Cost Control
- Business Development
- Provide specific resource-related or workload-related documents like for the Commercial Pre-Qualifications or like upon-request simulations
- Regularly train new Parisian Heads of Department and review their declarations in the tool to reach with them the accuracy targets
- Provide Paris OC Power BI reports about resources and workload prediction
Reporting linesHierarchically to the Head of Performance of Paris OC.Operationally to the Lead Workload Data AnalystYour profileEducation: you are graduated of a master’s degree, whatever the field.Languages: fluent French and English speaker.Experience: 3 years at minimum in a position that has exposed you to the T.EN projects’ structure and/or Paris Organization structure.Technical skills:
- Intermediate user of Excel and Power BI

- Affinity with numbers (basic calculations)
- Confidence in new software learning and user-experience improvement, interest in the digital governance (without development skill)
- Clear and structured writing (design documents)

- Sense of confidentiality

- Cost Control or Planning experiences inside T.EN
