customer experiences that transform businesses. The role of Associate Designer within the EPAM

Experience Design team provides an exceptional experience for an entry-level designer to learn all

aspects of experience design, with opportunities to grow and learn in the fields of digital, service and

product design. The role will support teams in different projects, with the possibility of being

exposed to many different realities. The UX/UI Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of

our products and services, ensuring they are user-centric and delightful to use. The right candidate is

collaborative, professional, positive, and highly motivated to learn. This individual will become part

of a close-knit team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the design team to create unique user experiences from concept design to delivery, while ensuring consistent and effective application of brand standards of EPAM and its clients

  • Develop impactful solutions that not only responded to user needs but also aligned with business objectives, all while following a user-centric approach

  • Use design and prototyping tools to ensure that developed solutions adhere to basic principles of usability and interaction

  • Provide support to the design team during user research and usability testing, gaining direct insight into user needs and pain points

  • Working closely with the design teams, but also business analysts and development teams to strike a balance between the designed solutions and its implementations

  • Ensure implemented solutions meet high standards before the go to market

  • Always stay up to date with the latest in UX/UI design, communication, product development, and strategic advice. This continuous learning helps deliver maximum value to customers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX design, Interaction Design or related field

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma etc)

  • 0-2+ years of professional experience in agency, company or studio (experience in a preferred interactive design agency)

  • Communicative and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams

  • Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills to guide design decisions

  • Passion for design and communication

  • Experience in Service or Product Design are a nice-to-have plus point, as well as understanding HTML and CSS
