• Distribute resources and assignments to multiple teams and businesses, depending on their availability and priorities
• Daily management of resources (QA, Web Publisher, Web Developer);
• Oversee project resources and assist with management of resource booking;
• Daily communication regarding workloads and project status with team heads;
• Leading and coordinate regular production meeting and status updates with team heads;
• Support building and improving effective traffic processes & monitoring systems;
• Monitore status across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and resource availability;
• Organise taskforce resource if any adhoc projects to deliver

What we need?

• Proven work experience in a marketing agency;
• Experience in traffic management or similar;
• Strong project managmenet skills;
• Hands-on experience with MS office (Excel);
• Experience with project managemnet tools (JIRA experience preferred);
• Expert command of analytical tools;
• Good organisational, problem solving, and time-management skills;
• Ability to muti-task;
• Very good written and verbal english (B2+)
