Principal Responsibilities:

-Prepare job evaluations and market analyses, and support the development of recommendations.
-Participate in salary and labor market surveys, including data submission and analysis.
-Support regional and global project teams in the implementation of Compensation and Benefits strategies and programs.
-Provide day-to-day information and guidance to HR Business Partners and local HR teams on C&B-related topics (under senior supervision).
-Support the coordination of the annual performance management cycle (budgets, salary ranges, merit matrices).
-Administer and maintain compensation documentation, procedures, and programs in accordance with company guidelines.
-Conduct periodic data audits and prepare standard reports and analyses.
-Assist the Total Rewards team with administrative and system-related tasks (data collection, job codes, HR systems).
-Collaborate with senior team members to develop knowledge of Total Rewards processes, tools, and systems.

-Develops solutions to routine problems of limited scope using basic principles and concepts.
-Work is primarily task-oriented, providing a supporting role on larger projects.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
Basic familiarity with the following:

-Data Analysis: Ability to process and document information with high accuracy.
-Compensation Administration: Basic understanding of job analysis and market benchmarking.
-Communication: Ability to effectively present information and collaborate in a team.
-Project Management: Basic organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
-Business Principles: Understanding of how Total Rewards impacts the broader organization.
-Incentive Plans: Awareness of methodologies for compensation programs and incentive plan structures. 
Other Requirements:

-Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
-Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas) are essential.
-Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as a proactive team member.
