Junior Tax Manager

• Support in preparation, verification and approval of tax calculations (VAT, CIT, WHT, real estate), reconciliation of tax accounts, ensuring correct and timely filing
• Participation in Group tax reporting
• Verification of contracts, internal procedures, processes and transactions to ensure compliance with the international and domestic tax law & practices
• Providing ongoing tax advisory to the business in any tax matter raised
• Monitoring changes in tax regulations, analysis of the effects of those changes on business practice and cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of appropriate changes within the organization
• Preparation of applications for tax rulings and other arrangements with tax authorities
• Cooperation with tax and customs authorities and support with tax audits, proceedings and other relevant inspections
• Support in preparation of transfer pricing documentation according to local statutory requirements
• Support in local and global tax related projects, e.g. KSeF implementation, SAFT_CIT
• Compliance and execution of internal policies, procedures and JSOX controls
• Preparation and doing trainings for business stakeholders in order to enhance tax awareness across the organization

• University Degree in Finance, Tax specialization preferable
• 4-5 years of experience in Polish tax law (experience in the field of excise duty is an advantage)
• Tax advisor license will be an advantage
• Fluent Polish and English
• Financial, Law and Tax technical knowledge
• Accounting and SAP knowledge will be an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within the team (one team mindset)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
