• analysing ordinary tax issues regarding the application of direct and indirect tax law to companies and public bodies;
• calculating the corporate income tax and the regional tax on productive activities (IRES and IRAP) and preparing annual tax returns (tax compliance);
• preparing VAT and substitute tax forms (tax compliance);
• analysing the taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);
• analysing and applying the tax credits and tax incentives under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (for R&D, Industry 4.0, etc.);

The ideal candidate must have:

• a master’s degree in business or law;
• up to three years of professional experience in leading firms;
• certification to practice as a chartered accountant / lawyer or the intention of going into professional practice;
• a good knowledge of English;
• an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

• a master’s degree in tax law;
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;
• flexible and dynamic approach.
