Junior System Engineer – Desktop Support (French or Dutch)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience for the role of Programmer Analyst. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Support – Remote and a strong understanding of various IT service management tools. This role involves providing technical support managing incidents and ensuring seamless IT operations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide remote desktop support to ensure seamless IT operations and resolve technical issues promptly.

Manage and troubleshoot incidents using IT service management tools to maintain system integrity and performance.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of networking solutions to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.

Utilize Windows and Macintosh OS X Laptop Support skills to assist users with diverse technical needs.

Leverage End User Tools like Nexthink to monitor and improve user experience and system performance.

Implement and manage change lifecycle processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical proficiency and productivity.

Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.

Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Desktop Support – Remote to effectively manage and resolve technical issues.

Have a good understanding of networking principles and practices to ensure reliable connectivity.

Be proficient in Windows and Macintosh OS X Laptop Support to assist users with diverse technical needs.

Experience with IT service management tools like Service Now to manage incidents and service requests.

Familiarity with End User Tools like Nexthink to monitor and improve user experience.

Knowledge of Incident Management and IT Service Management to ensure efficient IT operations.

Understanding of Change Lifecycle Management to
