Job DescriptionAs a Supply Chain & Expediting Engineer, you will be the point of contact for logistics and purchasing activities related to large international sustainable energy projects.Your Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all expediting tasks to ensure timely deliveries.
Send out price inquiries to suppliers.
Create and discuss delivery schedules with various suppliers.
Negotiate delivery schedules with suppliers.
Oversee call-offs and inspections upon delivery.
Maintain close contact with the Procurement Manager and other project team members regarding progress, agreements, potential risks, and issues.
Follow up on planning and quality checks post-delivery.
Participate in project meetings.
Evaluate suppliers and products (audits, satisfaction surveys, sampling, etc.) and propose improvements.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier performance.

You will work from the headquarters in the Turnhout region, with the possibility to work 2-3 days a week from the Antwerp office.Profile

Engineer (e.g., Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Energy, Chemistry, etc.) or Business Engineer with experience
Recent graduates are definitely eligible!
