Jr Strategy Analyst Internship
Within Strategy3, you will collaborate with a team of experts and “entrepreneurial thinkers” to create and develop innovation and brand strategies, understand consumers and new market trends, and guide clients in making informed decisions about new product launches or market entry.
Specifically, you will acquire the fundamental skills to support the following strategic consulting activities:
- Gathering and analyzing client briefs
- Collecting data for desk research: analyzing existing data (Zero Field), reports, articles, secondary research data
- Supporting the preparation of materials for workshops
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and executive interviews
- Analyzing data and proactively collaborating with the project team to develop client solutions
- Presenting results/deliverables in PowerPoint reports
You will also have the opportunity to interact with various internal research divisions to ensure the seamless coordination of research and consulting projects.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Soft Skills

- Creative spirit and analytical thinking
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Economics & Management/Market Research
Other Information
- Internship duration: 6 months full-time (Monday – Friday) starting on September
- Compensation: Reimbursement of expenses + Ticket Restaurant
- Location: Milan & Remote working
