Treść ofertyFor our Client American Company we are looking for candidate to position of Junior SAP Analyst (Ariba). It is a chance to perform work across multiple sites and provide support to end users on a variety of issues.Responsibilities:

• Provide configuration, support and integration services within the Ariba/SAP system
• Supporting internal customers via phone and remote tools. Handling direct contact with end users on daily basis while troubleshooting their problems related to the system SAP/ Ariba
• Research, test and recommend settings/configurations for designated Ariba modules
• Finish the necessary paperwork for assigned modifications, including the functional requirements, design specifications, and change management artifacts.
• Analyze, design, configure/develop, test, document and implement solutions using additional Ariba/SAP products
• Work together to create high-quality deliverables and services with business partners, other Ariba/SAP team members, IT and other internal teams, and external partners.
• Fulfill support tasks to meet cycle time and customer satisfaction SLA requirements.
• For recurring problems, finish the root cause analysis to avoid recurrence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (purchasing or computer science or information technology or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience
• English proficiency both in writing and speaking
• Prior knowledge of any Ariba or SAP modules
• high levels of adaptability, creativity, and motivation
• strong analytical abilities with the capacity to accurately and meticulously gather, arrange, and evaluate data
• strong communication and presenting abilities
• Proven capacity to troubleshoot problems and malfunctions by collaborating with other resources.
• The capacity to generate training materials, as well as documentation capabilities
