Hobson Prior is seeking a Junior RWE Expert to join our client’s team in Belgium. In this role, you will design and manage real-world evidence studies in the field of immunology, focusing on conditions like axial spondyloarthritis and psoriatic arthritis. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities:

• Create and implement study plans and analysis strategies tailored to specific research questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as universities and vendors, to carry out studies.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate study goals, methods, and results clearly to all involved parties.
• Offer guidance on study methods and data analysis.
• Ensure all studies comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of real-world evidence, epidemiology, and study planning.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners like academic groups and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Background in immunology, especially rheumatology or dermatology, is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
