Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Sr Manager Marketing Activation Retail&Franchise, this role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Retail & Franchise by positively impacting store KPI’s in Factory Outlet Stores and Franchising network through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant campaigns and in-store activation.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the manager in marketing strategy and marketing plan definition for the relevant clients (Retail/Franchising) in line with local and global guidelines
  • Implement the marketing activities planned for the assigned stores
  • Develop, in alignment with the manager, local activation plans to positively impact main store KPI’s for the assigned channels
  • Ensure the right implementation of in store communication tools in alignment with Europe and VM guidance
  • Ensure the maintenance of the entire Franchising and Factory outlet fleets
  • Manage refit and new opening activities including layout definition, vendors coordination and all relevant opening activities
  • Set and monitor relevant KPI’s for main campaigns and activations
  • Evaluate the performance and ROI of all campaigns, ensuring MWB is maximized and campaigns positively impact store profitability
  • Works together with market Brand Marketing to ensure Retail-specific CRM opportunities and/or needs are considered in any local 1-2-1 Marketing program (where applicable)
  • Identify optimal local Retail Marketing agency and/or vendors
  • Guarantee information sharing from Europe to local teams
  • Own, manage and optimize assigned Marketing/Sales working budget
  • Constantly check assigned budget, in line with Line Manager’s guidelines 

Skill you’ll need:

  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and local language of Market HQ
  • Good presentation skills
  • Interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills
  • Analytic skills and business acumen
  • Geographically mobile
