Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Junior Recruiter will:

• support with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• support employee lifecycle processes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
• contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• collaborate the HR Manager to support key initiatives and projects.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources/economics/psychology or a related field
• Good English level (at least B2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
