- We specialize in the banking, insurance, legal, financial, and business support sectors. We definitely have a position that matches your profile!
- You are willing to acquire in-depth expertise in our areas of expertise;
- You will be responsible for selecting and finding the right candidates through our database, external recruitment channels, and networking. Websites like VDAB and LinkedIn hold no secrets for you;
- You conduct telephone screenings to verify if, at first glance, the candidate matches one of the vacant positions;
- During an in-depth interview, you will be able to assess whether the candidate has the right profile for the roles at our clients: education, professional background, skills, and motivations of the candidates according to our clients’ needs;
- Like any good career advisor, you follow your candidates throughout their careers – they can turn to you for every step;
- You will regularly be in contact with our clients to understand their needs and to build long-term relationships with them;
- You have a certain ease with administrative tasks: posting job descriptions, collecting documents for contract signing, writing presentation resumes, etcetera – you pay great attention to detail.
- You don’t have any professional experience yet? No problem, give it a try! After all, we adhere to the principle of “Hire for attitude, train for skills”;
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and you are passionate about recruitment and human resources;
- The banking world intrigues you and you dare to immerse yourself in financial news;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and you speak French and English fairly well;
- Thanks to your business mindset, you attach great importance to performance;
- Your close ones describe you as a go-getter and a true team player who won’t stop at the first obstacle encountered;
- Finally, you work independently and are results-oriented, you have a commercial sense and moreover, you are someone flexible.
- Indication of monthly salary: up to €2500;
