The Role:
The role is responsible for the management and delivery of projects across Sedgwick UK to agreed timescales and cost. The projects are typically parts of a business change or acquisition. This will involve delivery of the business transformation, applications and systems required for the success of the project.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:
Managing the delivery of projects and associated business change to the agreed time, budget and quality
Developing and actively managing the plan and associated documentation for each project which supports the business aims and objectives
Managing changes to the scope and status of projects carefully keeping all stakeholders informed
Reporting on project status to key stakeholders and the UK Change Board
Managing project risks and ensuring that there are effective processes in place to manage and escalate delivery issues
Establishing close working relationships with key stakeholders
Contributing to the creation of Business Cases, influencing and advising key stakeholders
Identifying and taking swift corrective action where projects are failing
Following the defined project Framework ensuring key deliverables are created throughout the project lifecycle and shared as appropriate with the project team and PMO
Ensuring projects are delivering value for money by reporting on key success indicators
Continuously contributing towards improving project processes
We are looking for:
Education to degree level or holds relevant professional qualification
Has some project management exposure and experience
Has good planning, communication and presentation skills
Articulate with ability to influence at various organizational levels
Has good understanding of a corporate structure- insurance or similar industry experience
Experience of contract management with multiple suppliers would be beneficial.
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
Ability to work to tight deadlines
