Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum framework and willingness to learn and apply it in project settings.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence or willingness to learn.
• Proficient spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to different timezones.
• Availability to work at least 3 days onsite in the Gdańsk office (Ul. Trzy Lipy 3C).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Knowledge of any of the following tools will be a plus: HubSpot CRM, Stripe, Elementor, Slack, Google Workspace.
• Previous internship or academic project experience in B2B SaaS or software-related areas is advantageous but not required.
