- Type of contract : Full time fixed contract (Monday to Friday).
- Starting date : As soon as possible.
- Location : Brussels
Functions:Your specific roles will be to :
- Act as the key SPOC for your clients and manage your projects from A to Z.
- Define the KPIs, monitor performance and lead & drive your Field Teams to (over-)achieve the targets. Perform in depth analysis and taking corrective actions.
- Perform regular field coachings & checks, organize, run regular Team Meetings and provide yearly evaluations.
- Generate and use insights to create influence in-store & drive the sales of your clients. Identify new business opportunities and create tailor made action plans.
- Lead regular business reviews and ensure good communication to all your internal stakeholders.
- Manage the invoicing, ensure top line growth and secure the profitability of your assigned projects.
- Pro-actively optimize the overall structure & processes, propose new way of workings and come up with recommendations.
Profil & Conditions:If you recognize yourself in the profile below, you are very WELCOME π ;
- You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or Business.
- You have at least 3 yearsβ experience as Sales Representative (M/F/X) in the FMCG sector and the retail/distribution channel. Preferably already a proven experience in team management.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset (not nine2five mentality) focus on Customer-First with sufficient persuasiveness (negotiating and arguing) and a nose for commercial opportunities.
- You are a real team player with strong communication skills, charisma, positive attitude and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- You have analytical skills with the ability to take a step back, think out of the box, challenge the status quo and act with an ambitious mindset.
