As a Junior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production lines, minimizing waste, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity.
Responsibilities will include process optimization, process analysis and documentation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and project management.
You will also be involved in managing staff related to these processes.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization.Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial or similar).
• 1+ years of experience as a process engineer (or similar) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
