With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.We are looking for a talented Junior Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to implement a BI solution, providing analytical insight across all areas of the business, including product performance, player behaviour and competitor analysis of slot games for the online, real-money gambling market.Location: remote in Poland, Spain, Malta, UK or Isle of Man.Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.What you’ll be doing:

• Developing Power BI functionalities, allowing for quick and efficient data extraction by designing and developing data models and implementing efficient ETL processes using Power BI tools and technologies.
• Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyse and interpret game data, identify trends around game performance and player behaviour.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to understand their requirements, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making processes using Power BI visualisations and reports.
• Collaborate with the executive team to understand their strategic goals and provide them with relevant reports and insights that align with those objectives.
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the Power BI service, including data connections, security, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Analyse data on competitors, market trends, and industry benchmarks, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports based on specific requests from stakeholders, addressing their unique data analysis and visualisation needs.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to solve problems.
• Experience of presenting clear, concise and structured feedback for internal teams, highlighting key metrics, trends and recommendations.
• Hands-on and in-depth experience working with Power BI, including the following:

• DAX, data modelling techniques, custom visuals, calculated measures, and advanced data transformations.

• Proficiency in data integration and modelling.

• Admin & security, including user access management, row level security, data gateways etc.

• Data warehousing and and its effectiveness in designing efficient and scalable models.

• Best practice data visualisation, including selecting the most appropriate chart type, intuitive UI’s, managing colour schemes and accessibility.

• Proficiency in data querying, including knowledge of SQL (we use t-SQL).
• A mindset of continuous improvement to keep up with latest features and trends.
• Experience in building OLAP systems on the SSAS platform is beneficial.
• Experience developing ETL mechanisms is beneficial Existing knowledge of iGaming is beneficial.
• Ability to create visually appealing and informative data visualisations, utilising charts, graphs, and pivot tables in both Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data integration, sharing, and collaboration features in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring efficient data management and effective teamwork.
