• Compile and submit weekly reports to HQ, including daily updates
• Review and address HQ’s feedback on QA audits, sharing relevant issues with the team
• Communicate any new process changes from HQ internally, gathering feedback as needed
• Issue reminders to teams and collect feedback, sharing results with HQ
• Verify billing during designated periods and communicate any revisions to HQ
• Internally communicate any billing process changes
• Prepare monthly estimations and align them with HQ’s estimations
• Gather team priorities and schedule calls with leaders
• Disseminate necessary information to teams
• Maintain updated documentation
• Manage administrative documents, process maps, and guides for the team
• Assist in updating work plans and quality assurances based on HQ directives or regulatory changes

• Experience in a similar position
• Fluent knowledge of English – at least B2 level
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in a global-level advertising agency is a plus
• Strong analytical ability to understand and interpret data
• Numerate thinker with solid business and financial acumen

• Hybrid working model in Warsaw
• Cooperation based on the employment contract
• Monday – Friday: 8:00-18:00 (8 hours per day)
