Responsibilities:

Build and execute digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints, including online advertising, social media, website, email and e‑commerce.

Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations and support the roll‑out of the digital marketing plan for Italy.

Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies, setting clear KPIs and ensuring strong ROI on all digital initiatives.

Manage and optimize the Vileda Web Shop, contributing to online sales growth through promotional plans and dedicated digital activations.

Develop and implement media plans and manage product and content

Monitor and analyze digital performance, extracting insights from market trends, customer behaviour and best practices to support business decisions.

Ensure effective reporting by tracking performance, traffic and conversion KPIs across digital channels.

Contribute to continuous improvement of digital touchpoints and ensure alignment with brand values and business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E‑commerce or similar roles prererably within FMCG or consumer‑driven industries.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and understand key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.).

Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management, or e‑commerce operations.

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Amazon, CMS tools, etc.) is a plus.

Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
