The roleMarketing Junior Specialist – Business Development (BD) will provide administrative support to the International Marketing and Business Support teams, related to sector and practice group activities, creative design, dlapiper.com content updates and client relationship support.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Junior Specialist – BD, you will:

  • Provide support to the marketing assistants, coordinators and managers in all aspects of sector, practice group and location Business Development activities
  • Receive requests, understand the tasks you are required to deliver and seek clarification when needed
  • Schedule the work and ensure it is delivered in accordance with the deadline
  • Create and maintain process documentation
  • Support graphic design processes
  • Update and amend our internal and external websites
  • Update our marketing media repository
  • Conduct analysis of activities involving key and target clients as requested by the practice group, sector or location marketing teams
  • Contribute to the reports prepared by the team and/or requested by the Operations Manager
  • Provide support for a variety of administrative tasks where necessary
  • Contribute to a customer and team work oriented atmosphere in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Assist with other daily tasks assigned by the Team Coordinators, Operations Team Leader or Operations Manager
  • Ensure that all relevant company standards and guidelines are met
  • The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time

ABOUT YOU

  • Advanced English skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A keen interest in marketing/business development and project management methods and tools
  • Timeliness, accuracy and precision in task delivery
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Experience in dealing with a demanding workload and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in often demanding situations
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude and collaborative working style, able to work on own initiatives as well as part of a wider team
