Our solution seamlessly integrates with leading CRMs and offers real-time monitoring and analytics capabilities.Diabolocom, with offices across Europe, the USA, Brazil, and the UAE, proudly serves 350+ clients, with agents operating from 60+ countries.Main ResponsibilityThe Junior Marketing Project Manager is recruited to work within Diabolocom’s global marketing department, in direct collaboration with the SEO Specialist and the Marketing Specialist. The recruited person will also work closely with the Design team for briefing and overseeing the production of visual elements (images, videos, sales materials, booths, etc.).Your SEO missions:The person will have the following responsibilities:● Integrating website content into the internal CMS (WordPress).● Monitoring content production with providers (SEO writers) and internationaltranslators: blog articles, product pages, white papers, etc.● Writing and optimizing new or existing content: landing pages, updating blogarticles or case studies.● Regular reporting and analysis of key SEO KPIs.● Competitive monitoring.Digital Marketing missions:Simultaneously, the recruited person will be expected to partially manage the following tasks:● Managing digital marketing campaigns (emailing, digital media, marketplaces, etc.).● Designing and monitoring emailing campaigns to engage customers, prospects, and company employees.● Creating and publishing content to optimize our presence on social media (LinkedIn posts, press releases, etc.).● Managing websites: updating content, creating new categories, etc.● Event management: participating in the organization of B2B events specific to our industry and company-organized events (customer evenings, etc.).● Contributing to the current and upcoming year’s marketing and communication strategy (positioning, brand image, competitive monitoring, etc.).Required skills for the position:● Knowledge of SEO concepts: site structures, Google SEO guidelines, basics of HTML tagging, and on-page SEO.● Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.● Proficiency with the WordPress CMS (possibly Webflow).● Proficiency with an emailing tool (Hubspot, Lemlist, etc.).Expected general skills:● Comfortable with project management and organized to independently handlevarious tasks.● Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), ideally an additionallanguage: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or German.● Interest in the tech environment, new technologies such as artificialintelligence, and SaaS (Software as a Service).● Strong writing skills.● Previous experience in SEA is a plus.Recruitment process:● Call with a Talent Acquisition Manager● Meeting with the SEO Specialist and the Marketing Specialist● Practical case study● Final meeting with the teams at our officesWant to know more?Meet Issam, PreSales ManagerMeet Audrey, Inge’nieure Projet SeniorDiscover the companyExplore the company’s profile or follow them to find out if they’re the right fit!Follow them!The companySoftware, IT / Digital, SaaS / Cloud Services, Electronics / Telecommunications185 employeesFounded in 2005Average age: 30 years old40%60%Who are they?Diabolocom enables organizations worldwide to build brand loyalty and drive sales growth.Our innovative cloud-based solution leverages its proprietary AI technologies to optimize contact centers of medium to large sizes, enabling efficient management of customer interactions across all communication channels.
