Apply now for the position of:Junior Marketing Automation ManagerWhat You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be part of a talented team of tech whizzes in marketing, where your expertise will help drive our success. You’ll help us create smooth experiences for our audiences, from email campaigns to chatbot flows, supporting our team’s big-picture goals. This role is a mix of strategy and hands-on work, working with some brilliant people from all across marketing, sales, and IT.Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Email Marketing & Channel Support: Bring campaigns to life, working closely with marketing and sales to achieve our shared goals. You’ll keep things running smoothly on our email platform, work on chatbot automation, and other platforms to help drive lead generation and customer engagement.

• A/B Testing for Optimization: You’ll play a key role in running A/B tests, analyzing results, and implementing learnings to continuously improve our campaign performance. Experimenting and optimizing will be part of your regular routine!

• Database Health & Compliance: You’ll be our guardian of data quality and compliance, ensuring our database is healthy, accurate, and set up for success. You’ll make sure everything we do aligns with data regulations and deliverability best practices.

• Tech & CRM Skills: Use your CRM know-how to build out personalized, segmented experiences that keep our audiences engaged. This is your playground for creating automation that makes things click and convert.

• Data-Driven Insights: You won’t be creating dashboards yourself (our BI team’s got that), but you’ll be in the know with our data—keeping tabs on campaign results and using insights to help us fine-tune and hit our goals.

• Project Coordination: You’ll work with various teams to keep things on track, from kickoff to launch, ensuring everyone’s aligned and moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Tech-Savvy: You know your way around CRM systems and email marketing platforms. If you’re familiar with personalization, database segmentation, and automation, that’s gold.

• Analytical, Yet People-Focused: You’re comfortable with numbers, but you also love working with people. You can interpret campaign data and work with insights to keep things moving.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You like things to be accurate, from data compliance to campaign execution, and have a natural eye for detail.

• Adaptable & Proactive: You’re cool with fast-paced environments and can juggle priorities without missing a beat.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or similar field.

• 1–2 years in marketing tech, CRM management, or digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, ClickDimensions, or Marketo.

• Knowledge of data compliance, privacy, and best practices in marketing.

• Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations.
