Junior Marketing Activation Manager (Temporary)About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Marketing Activation Manager for our Health & Medical Division. This position will be temporary for 6 months with the possibility of turn it into a permanent position.You will work with the Senior Marketing Activation Manager to devise unique campaign ideas to market of our products and services. You will activate communication and marketing campaign in the pharmacy and health center market, managing leading brands such as TENA (incontinence care), Leukoplast (wound care), Actimove (orthopedics soft goods) and Jobst (compression therapy).We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will DoAssisting the marketing team by creating content for catalogues and POS.Defining target audiences for different marketing initiatives, proofreading and editing marketing materials.Writing ad copy, Setting up email campaigns, etc.Tracking projects and assist in standardizing marketing materials.Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business AdministrationAbility to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret KPI and ROI metricsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAn extremely organized and goal-oriented team player with great communication and networking skills.A true customer first mindset always seeking to exceed customer expectations.Fluent English and Portuguese or Italian will be a plus.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
