During this process, you must have an eye for detail and an expert knowledge of the Spanish and English language to coordinate, review and edit content. You will also have to develop various promotional activities and strategies to achieve maximum dissemination.Our PeopleAt IE we are:

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as a Junior Manager will involve:1. Project and Event Coordination:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (corporate donors, IE teams, etc.) to support the effective execution of initiatives funded by corporate partners
- Monitor project deliverables, budgets, and risks.
- Organize and manage event logistics.
- Ensure quality control of reports and deliverables
2. Content Creation:
- Write articles, copywriting for social media, and creating promotional visual materials.
- Upload and update content on IE Foundation-affiliated websites.
- Develop proposals for educational and research initiatives for potential donor
3. Administrative Support:
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A master’s or undergraduate degree from a prestigious institution.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong skills in communication, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactivity, customer focus, and accountability.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Competency in MS Office.
