The successful candidate will support compliance activities, contract drafting and review, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to digital services, data protection (GDPR), and intellectual property.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
• Provide support on legal matters related to data protection (GDPR) and information security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
• Participate in corporate compliance management and activities related to intellectual property protection.
• Prepare documentation and provide support in managing legal disputes and conflict resolution.
• Assist in due diligence operations and provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions

Skills:

• Degree in Law.
• 1-2 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the ICT sector or tech companies.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR, intellectual property, and commercial law.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in an international, multitasking environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
