CPBC Global Labelling Team was established in 2015. Nowadays, our team is a group of approx. 17 employees that support more than 100 countries around the world. We are responsible for the creation and maintenance of labels and instruction for use (IFU) according to local law requirements, so our patients can learn more about product descriptions, warnings and usage recommendations. What is more, we also implement marketing materials for temporary campaigns and do graphical updates of packaging. The team cooperates daily not only with our Labelling colleagues in Denmark but also with various business units such as Regulatory Affairs, Global Marketing, Clinical Research and Production Sites.About the job
Currently we are looking for a new colleague for a full-time contract in the Label Team.You can have no experience in creating Labels, but we are open to hire people with experience in that area for a higher level position.Main responsibilities:

• Create and update of labels in the system, according to Medical Device Regulation requirements, branding and country-specific requirements
• Maintain and keep up-to-date labelling content in a global database (dedicated software – Kallik)
• Send labels for approval in subsidiaries and distributors global, and secure approvals are according to agreed requirements

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English (min. B2)
• Familiarity with common IT systems, software and MS Office package
• 1-year experience in a business environment – will be an advantage
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work covering regulatory procedures in labelling
• High attention to details and quality
• “Can do” attitude and “connecting the dots” mindset
