Denmark, CopenhagenAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Investigator to join our Internal Investigations team. In this role, you will assist in conducting internal investigations including employee misconduct, fraud, and policy violations. You will work closely with senior investigators to gather and analyze evidence, and prepare reports, helping to maintain the integrity and ethical standards of our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Investigations: Assist senior investigators in conducting internal investigations related to employee behavior, workplace misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Collect Information: Help gather, review, and analyze relevant documentation, records, and communications to support investigation efforts.
  • Report Writing: Assist in the preparation of investigation reports, summarizing findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations during the investigation process.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments such as human resources, compliance, and legal to resolve issues uncovered during investigations.
  • Learning & Development: Develop investigative skills and industry knowledge by supporting complex investigations and receiving guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in investigations, auditing, compliance, human resources, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Integrity, objectivity, and a commitment to ethical standards.
  • Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with investigative or case management software is a plus.
  • Certifications: Interest in pursuing certifications like Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is a plus.
