Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to provide dedicated HR support to the CX (Customer Experience) department in Poland. The Junior HR Business Partner will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations within the CX department, assisting leaders and employees in HR processes, and actively participating in employee engagement initiatives. Balancing the diverse needs and expectations of CX employees with the operational requirements of the department, ensuring both employee satisfaction and departmental efficiency, is one of the main challenges. Additionally, developing and implementing effective engagement plans tailored to the unique dynamics of the CX department will be crucial for fostering a positive and motivating work environment.You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing HR Processes: Support the implementation of HR processes within the CX department, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate meetings between CX employee representatives and management, acting as a liaison to address employee concerns and feedback.
  • Developing Engagement Plans: Collaborate with CX managers to develop and implement engagement plans aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyzing HR KPIs: Analyze HR KPIs, focusing on voluntary attrition and absenteeism trends within the CX department. Work closely with managers to identify root causes and develop strategies to reduce absenteeism rates.
  • Providing HR Support: Provide HR support and guidance to CX employees, addressing queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Supporting Performance Management: Assist the business in managing employee performance, providing tools and guidance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enhancing Organizational Efficiency: Support the business in working effectively with organizational efficiency initiatives.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Assist in the onboarding of HR processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the department.

We are looking for people who:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • You are fluent in English (min. B2)
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in HR area (e.g. learning & development, recruitment or others) in a big or fast growing organization
  • You have basic knowledge of labor laws and are willing to learn more
  • Present ‘I can do’ attitude with problem solving skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
