Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for providing technical systems management support in the creation and delivery of complex technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs. The role plays a vital role in configuring systems, diagnosing issues, and monitoring performance, thereby supporting in shaping technical direction and strategies both with the organization and for the clients. The role actively engages in a selected technical community or profession, attending relevant events and fosters positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the understanding of organization’s technologies to offer technical systems management support and contribute to intricate technical designs that align with customer requirements.
  • Supports in configuring systems, diagnosing system issues, monitoring performance, and contributing to technical solutions for customer environments.
  • Collaborates under the guidance of a technical lead and in conjunction with customer-designated representatives to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Engages actively as a team member, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike, all while comprehending the organization’s strategic direction and the application of knowledge tools.
  • Involves themselves in a selected technical community or profession, regularly attending relevant professional or interest-focused events.
  • Gathers, documents, and helps form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements.
  • Assists in the technical scoping of engagements and works with practice principals to determine the duration of effort.
  • Assists in the validation of information systems to meet technical requirements and specifications.
  • Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
  • Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.
