  • Obtaining and Retaining Third Parties (ORTP) related activities – ensuring complete audit trail.
  • Minute and action taking for various Operation and Governance meetings and committees.
  • Weekly monitoring of outstanding actions.
  • Administration oversite of Governance mailbox
  • Monthly & Quarterly reporting
  • Collating data to facilitate reporting for various committees. Reports include Risk Universe Reporting, Conflicts of Interest Reporting, Quarterly Exec Risk Reporting.
  • Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) activities
  • Assist with maintaining the TOBA register.

  • Experience in similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders
  • Data analysis including Excel knowledge
  • Good organisation and administrative skills
  • Enjoys analysis and problem solving
  • Proactive style
