You will collaborate closely with teams across the region to drive simplification, analytics, and best practice sharing, while leading strategic designs and maintaining our business intelligence applications ( i.e. Business Objects, Power BI) and will work closely with the various functions to make sure ERP (Oracle) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) are set up correctly to feed our data-warehouse and reporting applicationsJunior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:· Manage sales forecasting and commercial reporting, providing insights for regional and country managers, as well as the EMEA leadership team.· Analyze sales trends and performance, driving pipeline and opportunity management.· Create and automate reporting dashboards to deliver detailed sales performance reviews and metrics.· Lead various business intelligence initiatives by collecting market data and providing actionable insights for the sales teams.· Work closely with finance teams to deliver commercial and financial metrics like margin and profitability.· Assist GMs and Sales Directors with commercial reviews and data presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or business intelligence.
- Fluent in English B2-C2.
- Advance Excel and Microsoft Office user, knowledge of Business Intelligence applications preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
