Hello!At Factorial we’re looking for a new Junior Finance Specialist to help us boost the company to the next level.Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role 📜We are looking for a self-driven and competent Junior Finance Specialist to join our Finance team.What will you be doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Partners Team to implement best practices, ensuring seamless integration and operation
• Address and resolve billing issues for both partners and their customers promptly and efficiently
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support and achieve our business objectives
• Process payments and refunds accurately and in a timely manner
• Resolve credit issues for partners and customers, providing clear communication and effective solutions
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the financial aspects of partner relationships, providing insights and recommendations

• Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus!
