For its client, Robert Half is looking for a Junior Finance Controller (m/f/x). We are looking for an executive to fill a Finance, IT and Legal support position for the Group’s executive committee.The company is located in Pommerloch in the North of Luxembourg and is a major player in the industrial construction sector.In direct collaboration with the executive committee, your role will include:
- Supervising and mentoring the group’s accounting and administrative team
- Budget controlling within the various entities of the group
- Developing a management software tool in collaboration with technical staff
- Review of tax and social obligations in connection with our activities and operations
- Developing the group’s consolidated accounts
- Reviewing and drafting intra-group contractual documents
- Participating in punctual strategic and operational missions
- Participating in any other mission that aligns with the candidate’s profile and interests
For this role your qualifications wil be:
- Graduate with a Master Degree in Finance with a strong interest in tax matters
- Previous experience is an advantage, but not a decisive factor
- Excellent mastery Office tools with a strong interest in IT technologies
- Fluent in French and English, with mastery of German being a significant asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail and rigor
- Eager to learn and grow in a varied role
