Junior Digital Consultant

At dentsu we are looking for a Junior Digital Consultant, in internship, to join our team in Milan.

The purpose of this role is to support our digital agencies in developing and executing performance strategies across search, social, and display channels, helping clients achieve their business objectives through data-driven digital media initiatives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns (search, social, and display)
• Use dedicated platforms and tools to monitor performance and ensure campaign delivery
• Analyze campaign results and prepare reports to assess key performance indicators
• Assist in managing client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Requirements:

• University degree or academic background in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital media, performance marketing, and communication
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers
• Familiarity with digital tools and affinity for technology and innovation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
