Friland sells pork and beef from farmers who work with the FRILANDSGRIS concept and organic farming under the FRILAND ØKOLOGI concept. We are committed to sustainability and high-quality food production.Friland needs to strengthen its foundation in terms of pricing and transparency in commercial decisions. Developing a Friland Engine Room will enable Friland to have various important tools to analyze and benchmark past and future sales opportunities across retail, processed, and industry. Developing a returned pricing set-up will further increase the transparency in price-setting and support Friland both in periods of high demand and low demand. The Engine Room will closely cooperate with the planning department to understand the supply of pigs and availability of meat as the foundation for future sales.What is the job about?
- Conduct weekly business and price analytics.
- Develop pricing tools and price benchmarking.
- Create a returned pricing set-up.
- Develop a Dashboard to replace weekly sales price/margin/volume reports.
- Implement the United Performance tool.
- Supply and sales forecasting for weekly price meetings.
- Consider the above for beef as well.
- Support on various presentations.
Who are you?
We imagine you have a Master’s degree in business or economics (e.g., cand.merc, cand.oecon, or similar).
You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with PowerBI.Furthermore;
- Your need to be enthusiastic about working with numbers and data.
- Able to convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in creating simple and visual PowerPoint presentations.
- Structured, thorough, and capable of completing both ad hoc tasks and long-term projects.
- Fluent in both English and Danish.
- Curious, courageous, and motivated to see tasks through to completion, even when faced with challenges.
