Junior data analyst – international bank:Data Handling and Analysis:

  • Collect, refine, and structure datasets to ensure data quality and usability.
  • Perform in-depth evaluations of customer activities, product trends, and operational performance to uncover growth opportunities or areas for enhancement.
  • Track and interpret performance metrics to guide informed business decisions.

Visual Reporting:

  • Design and update user-friendly dashboards and reports to present key findings effectively.
  • Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Operational and Business Collaboration:

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance products and services.
  • Deliver data-backed recommendations to support pricing strategies, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking.

Workflow Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to streamline data operations.
  • Partner with technology teams to enforce best practices in data management and maintain consistent data standards.

Trend Prediction and Scenario Analysis:

  • Contribute to the creation of models aimed at forecasting patterns in customer behavior or product performance.
  • Assist in evaluating potential outcomes by conducting scenario-based analyses to guide strategic planning.

You have a strong affinity with financial services You have an analytical mindsetA successful Data Analyst should have:

  • A degree in a numerate discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data
  • Strong communication skills to translate data findings into understandable terms
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Fluency in French and English
