Your Role in Our Journey

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover business insights that support and influence strategic decision-making.
• Design, create, and maintain visually compelling dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
• Lead and manage quarterly OKR initiatives, enhancing Customer & Tutor analytics to align with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis.
• Balance long-term projects with daily ad-hoc tasks to consistently add value and optimize processes.

Your Impact

• You possess 1+ years experience in business analysis or related fields.
• You have strong SQL experience and knowledge of data analysis tools (also Excel); Python is a plus.
• High level of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau – that’s the one we use here at GoStudent!).
• You’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive company-wide strategic decisions.
• Your dashboards will become the go-to resource for stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• You have (ideally) experience of working in a customer success department or with subscription-based business models.
• You posses working proficiency in English – German or any other language is a plus.
