Your role will ensure an optimal candidate experience.Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.What you will be doingYou will be responsible for the entire process, from intake, sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding. We are looking for a candidate with strong listening, interpersonal and communication skills, which enables you to build rapport with candidates and maintain clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process. You need to be fluent in Dutch and English.Key responsibilitiesRecruitment

  • Advise managers on the most effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage intake interviews, draft job descriptions, actively source candidates, and, if needed, collaborate with external recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
  • Proactively recruit candidates via relevant networks and (online) channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Build talent pools for our terminals and depots.
  • Represent Stolt-Nielsen offline at relevant networking and recruitment events.
  • You will be involved in international projects.

Onboarding

  • Facilitate the offer process and ensure accurate information for creating offers and contracts.
  • Prepare onboarding documents, such as employment contracts.
  • Lead onboarding processes, including initiating onboarding kits and registering new employees with pension funds and insurers.

Systems & Administration

  • Oversee administration and systems related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Act as one of the key users of the ATS and guide managers in its use.
  • Manage candidate logistics, including scheduling appointments and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

  • Completed HBO/Academic degree.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in recruitment (agency, staffing or corporate).
  • Holder of a driver’s license.
  • You are our Ambassador: Organized, communicative, proactive, and you enjoy networking and meeting new people.

  • You will be working in our brand-new office at the Westerlaan in Rotterdam.
