Join our Environment and Health Department as our new HSE junior consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new role
As our new HSE junior consultant you must have 2-3 years’ experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance and or due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning and strategy.
Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome office in line with our flexible working policy.Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
  • Execution of EHS compliance audits
  • Execution of ESG review
  • Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
  • Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language

You will be part of part of our successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability.   • A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental/mechanical/chemical engineering or similar
  • Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, ASTM standards
  • Fluent in Italian & English both spoken and written, a third language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus
