Job Description :Rewards| C&B| Excel||Would you like to become a Junior Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing reward strategies?In this position, you’ll primarily utilize Excel to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize compensation and benefits data. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to identify trends, assess market competitiveness, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance our reward programs.Responsibilities
- Utilize Excel to collect, clean, and analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Assess market trends and competitiveness to ensure our reward programs remain competitive.
- Create visually appealing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for optimizing reward programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics HR, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
